Repave a spare Linux box and build a new mail server. Come to think of it, I may just use my beloved PowerMac G3 running OS X as I've been meaning to tap into the *nix sensibilities I once had in a previous life as an IBM AIX sysadmin. Remember students...there are no ID10T dialogs in Unix..."rm -r *" will happily increase your chances for seeking alternative employment opportunities.
Catch up on a ton (100+ pages, seriously) of articles I've managed to ~~horde~~ accumulate in my Next Action folder over the past several month.
Several books...more on that later.
